I'm not really sure what got into me. Maybe it was the damp weather...? All I know is, at 5pm I was overcome by soup cravings! Shaking off my "what's for dinner?" fog, I ran down to the market, picked up a few ingredients, and returned home to whip up two big pots of steamy, soupy goodness. Sausage Minestrone and Carrot Ginger. Most of which, as you see here, was headed for the freezer at the end of the night....
